I made an appointment and there was no wait time. I knew that I needed an alignment but I appreciated how Michael suggested the technician troubleshoot in the event I may not need one at all. It ended up being just an alignment adjustment and they were quick and professional. I immediately noticed the difference in driving. They did a great job and their facility is immaculate.
