I initially went to Tire Streets Garage to have my tire pressure checked. I was so impressed by the service I received that I scheduled my needed tire monitoring service replacement and tires with them, although I do not live close by. When they put my car up on the lift and showed me the additional work I would need at some point, they explained everything in terms I could understand. They prioritized the repairs as more and less urgent and made time to accommodate my schedule then and there. I never felt pressured. They were clearly extremely knowledgeable about cars and their maintenance. My car is a 2011 Buick, and they did not make any disparaging comments; they were understanding, respectful and helpful. I have had other women tell me they felt that male employees at other car repair places spoke in a patronizing and condescending manner to them. I left the garage feeling really happy that my car was working well and having spoken with such wonderful employees. I most highly recommend Tire Streets Garage to you. Angel and Fred and their mechanics are just exceptional.
