October 1, 2022 We would like to strongly recommend Tire Streets Garage automotive service on Biscayne Blvd. My husband and I had to evacuate Ft Myers, FL due to Hurricane IAN. We left one car behind and our Infiniti that we drove to Miami overheated on a late Friday night. We frantically began the search for a local automotive shop online. We called Tire Streets Garage after hours and to our surprise, Murtaza, the owner, answered the phone and guided us on what to do. He told us to contact our insurance agent and make arrangements to have our car towed, which was towed around midnight. Murtaza informed us of his shop hours for Saturday and we were there as the shop opened Saturday morning. We were greeted by Angel at the Service Desk and they took our information. Tire Streets diagnosed the problem, provided us with a quote, and started the process of finding the proper parts to remedy the problem. Not just finding the proper part, but finding the best price. The Part was obtained, part was installed and work was completed by 12 noon. We had plenty to do nearby with local shops and restaurants and the waiting area is exceptionally clean and nice. We were on our way and continued on with our evacuation to Orlando, FL. We were very impressed with the Tire Streets Garage and very appreciative of our car repair and their effort to help us. Murtaza even reached out to us several days later on how the car was running. Tire Streets really CARES!
